Weekly outings, in the form of short training sessions or specific runs, are planned, as well as longer runs on the weekends to help prepare for various cycling events (regional, Gran Fondo, Tour de l’Espoir, etc.). Dedicated clinics are also developed covering them such as bicycle repair and maintenance, specific physical exercises for cycling enthusiasts as well as targeted interval and hill training sessions. |
